Welcome to Abby and Rob's Betton Brewhouse!

Nestled in the heart of Tallahassee's Betton Hills neighborhood, Betton Brewhouse is Rob's personal passion project and homebrew hobby. As friends and family, we welcome you into our home and invite you to explore and select a beer to enjoy with us.

What began as a curiosity in 2022 has grown into a true passion for the craft. Every batch is a new opportunity to learn, experiment, and improve. Some of Rob's perfected recipes (and family favorites) can be found on draft in our home. Each beer is brewed with care, shaped by hard-learned lessons and a love for the process with an eye torward enjoyment with you. At home, it's all about good beer and good company: sip, savor, stay awhile.

  • 5 SRM Czech Pilsner

    A clean and crisp golden lager full of flavor with nicely balanced bitterness.

    • ABV: 5.3%
    • Fermentation: 4 weeks (cold lagered)
    • Hops: Saaz
    • Grains: Pilsner
    • IBU: 36

  • 6 SRM Golden Ale

    Crushable dry ale with biscuity notes and noticeable bitterness that pours a clear gold color ("cold gold").

    • ABV: 4.3%
    • Fermentation: 6 days
    • Hops: East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer
    • Grains: Pale and Biscuit Malts
    • IBU: 44

  • 13 SRM Red Ale

    A distinctly crystal clear red ale that drinks like a light lager.

    • ABV: 4.3%
    • Fermentation: 6 days
    • Hops: East Kent Goldings
    • Grains: Pale Malt, Caramel 40L, Roasted Barley
    • IBU: 26

  • 17 SRM Brown Ale

    A dry brown session ale with mild nut and chocolate flavors fit for drinking year-round and glass after glass.

    • ABV: 5.0%
    • Fermentation: 6 days
    • Hops: Northern Brewer, Cascade
    • Grains: Pale Malt, Caramel 40L, Chocolate Malt
    • IBU: 29

  • 7 SRM IPA

    A solid dry session ale with big citrus hop character and a slight haze.

    • ABV: 4.5%
    • Fermentation: 6 days
    • Hops: Centennial, Cascade, Citra
    • Grains: Pale Malt, Crystal 60, Flaked Oats
    • IBU: 43
